A fundamental part of my motivation is to release the inherent potential of a business, people or oppertunity.

I became involved with a creative consultancy initally engaged as the company CDO then subsequently taking on the COO role as well. Initially the goal was to simply stablise the business and lead the design team improving standard as we went. During this time the potential of the business was identified and after taking on the COO role I was able to re-structure the service provison and operations of the business with astounding results.

400% revenue growth within 12 months with zero additional spend on marketing/sales or cap-ex. A positive corporate culture of support, colaboration and mentorship was establised and clients began proceeding to market launch for the first time in the companies history.
